Terms of Service

The rules for using TrendMe, an independent AI trend video generator.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trendmeviral.com and the TrendMe service ("TrendMe", "we", "us"). TrendMe is an independent site. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What TrendMe does

TrendMe lets you create short AI-generated videos inspired by social media trends from photos you upload. TrendMe is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or any third-party trend creators. Trend names are used only to describe the style of video you can create.

We do not promise that any video will get views, followers, or any other result.

Who can use TrendMe

You must be at least 13 years old to use TrendMe, and at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to buy credits. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Your photos and permissions

When you upload a photo you confirm that:

  • you own the photo or have permission to use it;
  • everyone who appears in it has agreed to appear in an AI-generated video;
  • it does not show a minor unless you are their parent or guardian, and never in a sexual, violent, or humiliating context;
  • it does not show a public figure or celebrity.

You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to create your videos and run the service.

Your videos

Subject to these Terms, you may use videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use and share them, including following the rules of the platforms you post on. On TikTok and other platforms, label your post as AI-generated where the platform requires it.

Generated videos do not include music. If you add music, use the licensed sounds provided by the platform you post on.

Things you must not do

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no deepfakes of real people without consent, no sexual content, no content involving minors in unsafe ways, no harassment, impersonation, fraud, or illegal content, and no attempts to abuse or overload the service.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Credits and payments

  • Videos are paid for with credits. The credit cost is shown before you generate.
  • Credits are sold in one-time packs. Purchased credits do not expire.
  • If a video fails to generate, its credits are returned automatically.
  • Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record, who may collect applicable taxes. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Availability and changes

AI generation can fail or produce unexpected results. We work to keep TrendMe available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features, trends, and prices. We will update these Terms when needed and change the date above.

Disclaimers and liability

TrendMe is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
