What TrendMe collects, why, who processes it, and how long it is kept.

This policy explains how TrendMe ("we") handles your information when you use trendmeviral.com. TrendMe is an independent site.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Photos you upload: used only to generate your videos.
- Videos you generate and the options you chose (trend, direction, length).
- Credit and order records: credit purchases and usage. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see them.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and basic usage analytics, used for security and to improve the site.
How we use it
To run your account, generate your videos, process payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and understand which features and trends are used. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
Who processes your data
We use these service providers to run TrendMe:

Your photo is sent to the video generation provider only to create the video you requested.
How long we keep it

Your choices and rights
You can delete your account in your settings, which removes your account data within 30 days except records we must keep by law. You can also email admin@ai0o0.top to access, correct, or delete your data. Depending on where you live (for example California or the UK/EU), you may have additional rights, which we will honour.
Children
TrendMe is not for children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and update the date above.
