Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and cannot create with TrendMe.

TrendMe is for fun, creative trend videos of yourself, people who have agreed, and pets. To keep it safe, you must not upload photos or create videos that:

  • show anyone who has not agreed to appear, including ex-partners, strangers, coworkers, or classmates;
  • show celebrities, politicians, or other public figures;
  • show minors, unless you are their parent or guardian and the content is clearly harmless;
  • are sexual, nude, or suggestive;
  • depict violence, self-harm, hate, or harassment;
  • impersonate someone, mislead people about real events, or are used for scams or fraud;
  • infringe someone else's copyright or trademark;
  • break any law or the rules of the platform where you post.

You must also not try to bypass our limits, automate access, resell the service, or interfere with how it runs.

We may remove videos and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, without refunding credits used for the violating content. To report a video or a misuse of your likeness, use the report page.
