How refunds work for TrendMe credit packs and failed videos.

Failed videos
If a video fails to generate, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Unused credit packs
You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
Partly used packs
Credits already spent on successfully generated videos cannot be refunded. If you are unhappy with a result because of a technical problem (for example a corrupted file), contact us and we will review it.
How to request a refund
Email admin@ai0o0.top from your account email with your order details. Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record; approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
